What’s the role of the Founder’s Office - Marketing at Ditto? 


The advisory team is the backbone of Ditto Insurance. Which is why we hire & train only the top talent as advisors. That also means we need to build enough awareness about Ditto in the right communities and on the right platforms , so as to source a sufficient amount of applications. This role would ensure to find these relevant sources and ensure that we have a pipeline of such applications. 


Overall, the ideal candidate for this role should possess a blend of marketing creativity, analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to drive successful hiring campaigns and contribute to Ditto Insurance's growth objectives.


What will you be working on as a Founder’s Office - Marketing?  


In the founder's office role, you'll be tasked with a very interesting challenge:

  • Scaling hiring campaigns: You'll be working with relevant marketing & hiring teams to craft successful campaigns across multiple platforms & channels- ranging from social media to  college communities. For this you need to be someone who loves creative marketing, analytics, and solving business problems.

  • Analysing Data: you'll constantly be monitoring data, conducting internal surveys, and staying on top of analytics to understand the performance of campaigns. You'll also be speaking to advisors internally to understand all relevant marketable factors of the advisory role.

  • Managing Creatives: You'll be in charge of building creatives for all the hiring related marketing, in collaboration with the design & content team.

  • Developing New Initiatives: Want to build a landing page for hiring? Want to test a few videos to boost applications? Want to make advisors the front face of Ditto on LinkedIn? The stage is yours. You decide initiatives, and be the mastermind behind our creative campaigns. 

  • Reporting: You'll also be in charge of reporting the performance of our marketing-cum-hiring strategy directly to the Marketing & HR Head by looking into data, analysing trends, and creating insightful presentations.


What are we looking for?  

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to monitor campaign performance, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and survey analysis.

  • Creative Marketing: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Understanding of different marketing channels and platforms.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, hiring, design, and content teams, to execute campaigns and initiatives.

  • Project Management: Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about long-term recruitment goals and develop initiatives to achieve them effectively.

Our Interview Process:
