What do we do at Ditto?

We explain health insurance and term(life) insurance in a language you can understand.

We are an insurtech company primarily selling Health and Term Life Insurance policies.

We are funded by Zerodha- India's largest stockbroker.

What’s Training & QA team at Ditto? 

Ditto takes pride in the quality of advice we offer to our users. To ensure this we train our advisors rigorously and conduct stringent quality audits. Our training program lasts two months (compared to the industry average of two weeks). Our QA team audits the calls, chats, emails, etc to ensure the Ditto’s processes are followed. The QA team regularly conducts feedback/training sessions to reduce quality gaps. 

What will you be working on?  

You will be working closely with the founders on two things - 

  • Scaling the training team’s capacity to train 200+ advisors in the next FY.

  • Strategize processes to ensure Ditto’s quality guidelines are implemented at any cost.

 This role is ideafor someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is interested in starting their own venture in the future. Prior experience in the Insurance industry is not required. 

What are we looking for?  

  • 2-3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or quality teams.

  • A generalist with a can-do attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

  • Strong managerial and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.

  • Prior entrepreneurial experience is preferred but not required.
