About the Role

We’re looking for a Copywriter who can help us craft content that builds trust and inspires action. This isn’t just about writing nice sentences — it’s about deeply understanding our products, our audience, simplifying complex ideas, and creating content that informs, empowers, and drives leads.

What You’ll Do

  • Write with Impact: Craft ad copy, blogs, emails, landing pages, presentations, decks, and other content that makes insurance approachable, engaging, and actionable. Your words will inspire trust and drive conversions. 

  • Simplify the Complex: Break down dense insurance jargon into clear, relatable content that empowers people to make informed decisions confidently.

  • Focus on Lead Generation: Write ad copy for Meta and Google Ads, for health and term insurance, webinar promotions, and lead generation campaigns. 

  • Iterate and Refine: Continuously refresh and refine ad creatives to keep campaigns dynamic and relevant. Dive into performance metrics to uncover insights and optimize future campaigns.

  • Not Just Write, But Measure Impact: Set and track KPIs for content performance across channels. Analyze engagement, conversions, and other key metrics to optimize future campaigns and drive meaningful results.

  • Experiment and Innovate: Try new ideas, formats, and strategies to keep content fresh and engaging. We’re open to creative risks that lead to meaningful results.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with our team of performance marketers, designers, product folks, and advisors to ensure messaging is aligned with Ditto’s brand voice and mission.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, with a portfolio that shows your ability to simplify complex topics and connect with audiences.

  • A knack for blending empathy with clarity in your writing.

  • Curiosity and openness to learning — we’re not looking for someone who knows it all; we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow.

  • Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work with people across different teams.
