What do we do at Ditto?

And in a bid to do that, Ditto has steered clear from the traditional ways of marketing insurance. We have grown through a heavy focus on educational content, seamless influencer & brand integrations, and word-of-mouth marketing.
Now, we’re looking to build a strong performance marketing division.
The objective of this division would be to bring high-quality leads for Ditto & maximize ROI, aligned with our services (hotline & chat support) & business divisions (health insurance & term insurance).
We’re looking to extensively scale performance marketing with an adept, experienced performance marketing manager.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build & lead the whole performance marketing initiative – from getting their hands dirty with campaign set-ups, to recruiting & managing a performance marketing team.
Core responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
-Develop, implement, and manage search, social media, display, and retargeting campaigns across all paid marketing channels.
-Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve high quality leads at lower CPL.
-Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and performance.
- Should be able to understand our digital ecosystem and map the leads from respective campaigns end level conversions.
- Conduct detailed analysis on campaigns, keywords, Adcopies, locations and come up with powerful insights.
Channel Expertise:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Maintain expert knowledge of key digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads.
- Explore and evaluate new performance marketing channels where there are better opportunities for high quality leads.
Content and Creative:
- Work closely with the content & creative team to develop compelling ad copy, images or videos that align with campaign objectives.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing
Expertise in data analysis and campaign optimization using analytics tools like Google Analytics
Proven ability to develop and implement performance marketing strategies that drive lead generation, increase conversions, and maximize ROI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads.
