We are hiring for the Marketing Operations team at Ditto. This is a broad, high-impact role where you will work across multiple marketing channels and contribute to execution-driven growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with data and content, and wants hands-on exposure to different facets of marketing early in their career.
Depending on your strengths, you will work across one or more of the following areas:
Influencer Marketing
Identify and build relationships with relevant creators
Coordinate campaigns and manage execution end-to-end
Track and analyse campaign performance
Partnerships
Identify and develop brand partnerships to expand Ditto’s reach
Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns and initiatives
Performance Marketing
Run and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta
Monitor campaign metrics and improve performance through data-driven decisions
Webinars
Manage end-to-end execution of Ditto’s weekly webinar program
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
SEO
Support organic growth through structured outreach and content initiatives
Work on improving search visibility and rankings
Genuine curiosity about marketing, content, or digital platforms
Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative and solve problems proactively
Comfort working with numbers and using data to evaluate performance
Clear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to start with execution and learn on the job
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in marketing, content, operations, or related fields (internships included)
Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or social platforms
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, content, or campaign execution
Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
Familiarity with personal finance or insurance (even as a user)
