We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive who will work closely with the Head of Brand to shape and execute Ditto's brand strategy.
This is a collaborative and execution-focused role. You will be involved across brand audits, positioning work, creative development, and end-to-end communications management. If you take brand seriously, sweat the details, and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, this role is for you.
Collaborate with the Head of Brand on brand audits by assessing current positioning, identifying gaps, and contributing to actionable recommendations
Support the development and documentation of brand positioning frameworks, messaging guidelines, and visual identity standards
Work with internal teams and external creative partners to develop on-brand campaign creatives across digital and print channels
Manage end-to-end communications for brand initiatives including briefs, timelines, stakeholder updates, and final delivery
Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors by briefing, reviewing, iterating, and ensuring outputs meet brand standards
Track brand health metrics including awareness, sentiment, and recall, and contribute to regular reporting
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and proactively flag deviations
2–5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment
Hands-on experience working with or coordinating external creative agencies
Comfortable working across both brand strategy and day-to-day execution
Strong written communication skills and the ability to write crisp briefs and stakeholder updates
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
Have led or contributed to a brand campaign you are genuinely proud of
Strong point of view on what makes a brand work and the ability to back it up
