Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and proactive HR Senior Associate to take ownership of end-to-end HR operations and ensure seamless execution of key HR processes. This role will be responsible for managing probation, leave administration, performance management, employee queries, helpdesk resolution, internal transitions, exit management,, HR analytics, and team management. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate leadership in managing teams and HR processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

 HR Talent Management

Probation Management: Oversee and streamline the probation review process, ensuring timely evaluations and necessary approvals.
 Leave Administration: Ensure efficient leave tracking, policy compliance, and resolution of leave-related queries.
Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal cycles, data tracking, and feedback mechanisms.
 • Employee Query Resolution & Helpdesk Management: Act as the escalation point for employee concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
 Internal Transitions: Handle role changes, promotions, and internal transfers efficiently.
Exit Management: Oversee resignation processes, exit interviews, full & final settlements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

   HR Analytics 
 HR Analytics: Track and analyze key HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous process improvement.

Leadership & Team Management:
Team Management: Guide and mentor junior HR team members, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
 Process Improvement: Take end-to-end responsibility for HR process optimization and automation where possible.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Darwinbox preferred).
 • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and HR tools.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive HR initiatives independently.
