What Will You Be Doing?
As an Associate working in the Falcon Operations team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:
You will work at the intersection of operations, advisory support, and process excellence.
Resolve Support Tickets: Be the first line of resolution for incoming Freshdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective query handling.
Capacity & Leave Management: Track advisor schedules, manage daily capacity, and plan ahead to handle absences without disruption.
Internal Query Handling: Address queries raised by advisors during live customer interactions using Slack, hotline, or internal tools.
Hotline & Call Oversight: Monitor call queues, ensure no call is missed, and escalate blockers to relevant teams swiftly.
Training Batch Monitoring: Track ongoing training sessions and maintain SLAs for timely query support during and post-training.
Drive Process Adherence: Champion internal adoption of tools and processes—identify issues, coordinate resolutions, and improve operational flows.
Ad-hoc Ops Ownership: Manage and execute unstructured requests and short-turnaround ops projects independently.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 0–1 years in a support or business operations role.
Proactive & Ownership-driven: You take initiative and deliver end-to-end without supervision.
Process-oriented Thinker: You love clarity, can follow structured workflows, and improve them when needed.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication in English; able to handle high volumes with accuracy.
Tools: Prior experience with tools like Google Sheets is a bonus
