We are looking for a proactive and creative strategist to join the Influencer Marketing Division. At present, Influencers form a key part of Ditto’s marketing mix and are a major source of lead volumes, directly impacting overall revenue.
This role involves spearheading end-to-end Influencer campaigns- from scouting and onboarding creators to executing collaborations and tracking results.
You’ll also get a chance to work closely with some of India’s biggest creators, including Food Pharmer, Pranjal Kamra, Ankur Warikoo, Money Purse, Madurai Veeran, and many others.
If you’re someone who enjoys research, communication, and bringing creative campaigns to life, this role offers a front-row seat to how influencer marketing shapes brand growth.
1. Spearhead creator scouting and partnerships
Research and identify potential creators who align with Ditto’s brand and audience.
Takeover outreach, coordinations, and onboarding of creators across niches.
2. Manage campaign operations
Work closely with Influencers like Pranjal Kamra, Ankur Warikoo, Mohak Mangal, Money Purse and many more, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of collaborations.
Track deliverables, maintain campaign calendars, and ensure timelines are met.
3. Optimize campaign performance
Monitor content performance, gather insights, and share reports with actionable recommendations.
Identify what’s working and where improvements can be made.
4. Strengthen influencer community relations
Maintain relationships with existing creators.
Help organize engagement initiatives or communication drives to keep creators informed and excited about future collaborations.
5. Contribute to creative ideas and trends
Stay updated on influencer trends, social media formats, and emerging creator communities.
Share ideas that can improve Ditto’s creator storytelling and reach.

Influencer marketing is one of Ditto’s biggest lead generation divisions, focused on building trust and awareness for Insurance in India.
In this role, you’ll help connect the brand with creators who bring financial awareness to millions of viewers.
Your work will directly shape how new audiences discover Ditto, trust the brand, and take the next step toward understanding insurance.
