About the Role:

We’re looking for an Organic Growth Lead to help us revolutionise insurance for millions of Indians. This is a unique role where you’ll be working side-by-side with our Marketing Head to supercharge our content, SEO, and organic growth efforts. You’ll be the brain behind our content ecosystem, creating engaging, data-driven content that connects, informs, and drives results.


Who You Are:

You’re a mix of strategist, content enthusiast, and data geek. You’re passionate about building things from the ground up, finding opportunities in data, and using SEO know-how to create content that’s both insightful and impactful. If you’re someone who loves getting into the minds of audiences, building meaningful connections, and leading a team of talented creators — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead SEO & Organic Growth Efforts: Own and drive our SEO strategy. From planning to execution, you’ll steer a talented team of content creators and strategists who’ll bring your ideas to life.

  • Create Engaging, SEO-Optimised Content: From brainstorming to writing, editing, and ranking on Google, you’ll be hands-on in shaping our content’s journey. Collaborate with content, tech, and SEO experts across Ditto to uncover new ideas and deliver content that’s always relevant, engaging, and educational.

  • Manage the Content Calendar: Own the entire content pipeline and lifecycle to ensure we’re delivering the right content, on the right platforms, at the right time. You’ll make sure everything aligns with Ditto’s brand voice and tone — informative, clear, and human.

  • Optimise Content for Performance: You’ll dig into the metrics — website traffic, engagement, conversion rates — and use data to refine and elevate our content strategy. Your analysis will be key to understanding what our audience loves and how we can keep them coming back for more.

  • Lead & Grow the Team: Be the captain of our content ship, guiding your team of writers, editors, and SEO specialists. As we grow, you’ll also be at the forefront of hiring, mentoring, and building your dream team.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and other teammates to create interactive content formats (think videos, infographics, interactive tools) that make insurance feel approachable and engaging.

  • Establish Our Brand Voice on Content Platforms: Get Ditto seen and heard on platforms like Quora, Reddit, Telegram and whatever else you can think of, really. Engage with communities, answer questions, and build our presence as the go-to brand for all things insurance.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO strategy, content leadership, and digital growth. 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 

  • SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) 

  • A strong understanding of SEO best practices, particularly in the Indian search landscape. 

  • Advanced skills in SEO and analytics tools, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making. 

  • A highly analytical mindset and leadership experience that demonstrates strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. 


Bonus points if: You’ve previously led strategic projects, love breaking down complex concepts into digestible content, and have a knack for identifying market trends and growth opportunities.

Our Interview Process : 

We would like to help you minimize your time and effort. There are 5 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1-2 week time.
