About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Executive for the Webinar division at Ditto. The webinar division runs Ditto's educational webinar program, which is one of our growing top-of-funnel acquisition and education engines.

This role is a good fit if you have a strong grasp of numbers, are comfortable turning raw data into clear insights, and want a first step into marketing through a data-led path. You will not be a speaker. Your job is to make sure the webinar funnel runs well, the numbers behind it are clean and well understood, and the rest of the marketing team can act on what the data shows.


What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Ditto's webinar program, currently 4 to 6 webinars per week and scaling. This includes coordinating speakers, landing pages, reminders, and the post-webinar follow-up flow

  • Attend and moderate the sessions live, make sure attendees are having a good experience, and step in if something goes wrong

  • Build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that track the funnel from registration to policy acquisition

  • Look at the data every week, call out what is working, what is not, and what to test next. You will have to connect the dots between multiple raw data points to develop actionable insights

  • Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, and SEO by transforming raw data into insights that can influence their decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong comfort with numbers. You should be able to look at a funnel, compute rates and ratios in your head, and notice when something looks off

  • Genuine fluency with Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and basic lookups

  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate data work and to turn raw information into insights

  • Ownership mindset. You take initiative and solve problems without waiting to be told what to do

  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining numbers to people who do not work in marketing

  • Attention to detail. The role is operational and recurring, and small errors compound

  • Willingness to start with execution and learn marketing on the job

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in any role with a strong data or analytics component

  • Adept knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel

Good to Have

  • Prior exposure to marketing in any form (internships, college clubs, side projects, content work)

  • Familiarity with data based tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Basic SQL, Metabase, etc

  • Familiarity with personal finance or insurance, even as a user
