Job Brief:


You will be the face of Ditto interacting with our users directly.  You will be hand-holding our users in their insurance buying journey.


You would be required to also handle the operations involved in purchasing a policy for the customer, once he/she has had a chat with one of our insurance advisors and has expressed their interest in purchasing a policy from us. This would involve taking customers through payment procedures, explaining and selling additional add-on riders, and assisting the customer with any purchase-related queries.


Also, if you are not from an insurance background, we have a rigorous two-month training program to get you up to speed.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good command of English.

  • Basic computer knowledge is necessary.

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
