Job Summary We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate – Talent Management to execute and manage key people processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is suited for someone who is highly organized, strong with follow-ups, and takes ownership of ensuring tasks and timelines are driven to closure without gaps. This role involvesworking on time-sensitive processes where consistent follow-through is critical. Key Responsibilities
Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, and exits
Maintain and update employee data on HRMS (Darwinbox) with high accuracy
Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure completion within defined timelines
Coordinate with managers and teams to collect required inputs and close processes
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
Maintain trackers, records, and documentation for ongoing processes
Support preparation of basic reports, summaries, and internal updates
Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and process guidelines
Key Skills & Qualifications
1.5–3 years of experience in HR (HR Ops / Talent Management / HRBP support)
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with accuracy
Good follow-up skills and ability to ensure closure of assigned work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
Strong coordination and communication skills
Working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Excel / PowerPoint
Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (good to have)
Someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
