Job Summary:


We’re looking for a diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support and drive HR initiatives across Talent Management, Talent Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
This role will play a key part in executing end-to-end people processes — from hiring and onboarding to employee lifecycle management, engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a people-first professional who enjoys balancing structure, empathy, and execution excellence.

We have outlined a common set of key responsibilities applicable across all three HR sub-teams. Based on your application, experience, and interview performance, we will evaluate and map your profile to the most suitable team—Talent Management, Talent Operations, or Talent Acquisition. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and engagement with potential candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align on timelines and expectations.

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires and interns.

  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, payroll data updates, and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Manage probation and performance management processes, ensuring timely evaluations, review coordination, and adherence to internal timelines.

  • Handle employee queries through the HR helpdesk, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation as needed.

  • Support employee engagement and communication initiatives, including feedback collection and participation in company-wide programs.

  • Coordinate exit management — handling documentation, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring compliance with separation procedures.

  • Liaise with external vendors and HR service providers to ensure timely completion of verifications, certifications, and other HR-related services.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and contribute to improving overall employee experience.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR with exposure to recruitment, operations, and people processes.

  • Prior experience in bulk hiring for non-technical roles (preferred).

  • Familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HR tools.

We would like to help you minimize your time and efforts. There are 3 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1 week's time.
