What's the Founder’s Office - Strategy role at Ditto? 


We are seeking a highly motivated Culture and Collaboration Strategist, in the Founder's Office role to take full ownership of creating and executing initiatives that strengthen company culture, foster teamwork, and build a sense of community. This role involves end-to-end project management, working closely with senior stakeholders and one of the founders to ensure alignment with business goals. You will develop strategies that motivate employees, improve overall performance, and have measurable outcomes to track their impact on areas such as employee performance, sales, and team morale.


Key Responsibilities :-  


  • Develop Engagement Programs: Create and lead initiatives that inspire collaboration, enhance morale, and build community across teams.

  • Data Driven Insights: Analyse data to drive new initiatives and optimize existing processes and protocols 

  • Project Ownership: Lead the entire process of creating and implementing engagement programs, taking full ownership from strategy development to execution.

  • Strengthen Company Culture: Drive programs aligned with our mission and values, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Strategic Motivation Initiatives: Design strategies aimed at boosting team motivation and engagement, including measurable outcomes that reflect improvements in employee performance, such as sales metrics.

  • Track Success via KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of engagement efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to tailor initiatives to meet the needs of the organisation.

  • Employee Recognition: Implement recognition programs to celebrate team and individual achievements.

  • Promote Well-being: Lead wellness initiatives to support employees' physical, mental, and emotional health.

Who could be an ideal candidate? 

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years in project management, team engagement, culture development, or related roles.

  • Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills.

  • Proven ability to measure and optimise program performance using relevant metrics.

  • Creativity and adaptability in developing innovative engagement strategies.

Our Interview Process: 

We would like to help you minimise your time and effort. There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2 weeks time.
