About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp Content Marketer (Ditto Social Media) who doesn't wait for content briefs or approval chains. You'll own Ditto's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter by being the person who spots stories almost everywhere, in coffee conversations with the claims team, customer support calls, or that random insurance question your uncle asked last weekend.

We need someone who can turn everyday moments into relatable content. While others wait for inspiration to strike, you'll be the one striking up conversations across departments, extracting insights from casual chats, and connecting dots between insurance realities and human experiences that others miss.

Yes, anyone can prompt AI models to write posts. Yes, insurance can feel boring. But we want someone whose brain naturally correlates a trending meme with breaking down insurance jargon. You'll experiment fearlessly, think sideways, and find the human stories that make insurance actually interesting. 

If you're the type who comes back from lunch with 3 content ideas because you overheard something fascinating, this role is for you.


Who You Are:

  • You turn everyday insurance conversations into engaging LinkedIn and Twitter content that drives real engagement.

  • You grab content ideas from casual chats with claims, operations, and product teams. No formal meetings needed.

  • You ask "why" until you hit the real story. You think second and third-order while others stop at surface level.

  • You make complex insurance concepts so simple that non-insurance people actually share your posts.

  • You've grown social accounts by spotting opportunities others miss.


What You'll Do:

  • Build a social strategy that moves biz metrics along with engagement numbers.

  • Own content from ideas to publish. Spot stories in conversations, turn them into viral threads.

  • Mine insurance data for human stories. Find the relatable moment in boring statistics.

  • Translate complex product features into "I never thought about insurance that way" content.

  • Stay ahead of social trends. Find growth opportunities before they're obvious.

  • Test new formats and approaches that make Ditto the insurance brand people actually follow.

Our Interview Process : 

We would like to help you minimise your time and effort. There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1-2 week time. 


The schedule is as follows:


  1.  Introductory call with HR

  2. Task 1 - Assignment 1

  3. Second Interaction

  4. Final Interaction
