What will you be working on as a Content Marketing Executive?
Simplifying Insurance Through Videos: Ditto runs 3 YouTube channels (English, Hindi & Telugu). Our main YouTube channel has 35k subscribers and an average viewership of 20-40k views. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, would be to drive further growth of our YouTube Channels
You will be required to host, manage & coordinate all the content that goes on our channel. If you're someone that enjoys building YouTube content and has a knack for shooting videos, this is the perfect role for you.
Product Research: Additionally, you will be honing your skill in insurance policy research. This would mean working with the product & advisory team to understand all the nitty gritty of the insurance world and present in a manner that makes it easier for our audience to understand.
Creative Content: What's more, we create a lot of video content for the Ditto team - ranging from hiring campaigns, to videos for Ditto's town hall meetings. You will be in charge of talking to relevant stakeholders - HR, marketing, finance etc. to help them fulfil their objectives with videos.
Video Production: You will be working with our production managers to help script, shoot, and edit content for videos.
Planning & Scheduling: Lastly, you will be monitoring our video schedules & ensure proper execution of all content with speed & accuracy.
Requirements :
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for content and audience growth.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Awareness of digital marketing, partnerships, and community engagement activities.
Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Social Media Marketing, Insurance and non-insurance centric Video Content Creation (Short & Long Form).

Our Interview Process :
